You should know how Turnaddressed Remodeling works and how it gets paid. This page explains both. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Turnaddressed Remodeling Is

Turnaddressed Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. Design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet and every other kind of remodeling work are not part of what we do.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Money Flows

Turnaddressed Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it gets answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Turnaddressed Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

Providers are not employees, agents or partners of Turnaddressed Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it talks to you and how it behaves

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. It is also not a promise about the work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

You Decide

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Request an itemized written quote. Compare it with other quotes before you choose.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded for quality, verification and billing.
