Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what was said.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Reply and ask us to take a second look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor problems, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
