Who you talk to

You talk to an independent local provider. Not Turnaddressed Remodeling. We are the connection. The provider is a separate business that does remodeling in Akron and the Akron area. They plan the job, give the quote, and do the work.

We do not list staff because there is no crew here to list. Providers do the work.

What happens after you send a request

1. You share your project, your town, and how to reach you. 2. We route the request to a provider in our network. 3. The provider contacts you to talk about the plan. 4. You may set up a home remodel consultation at your house. 5. You get a written quote and decide.

Many providers can respond quickly. Timing varies, and call hours vary by provider.

What to ask a provider

Keep the list short. Ask these:

• Have you done projects like mine? Ask about tub-to-shower work, walk-in showers, or kitchens.
• What license or registration do you hold for this work?
• Do you carry insurance? Ask for proof.
• What is in the quote, and what is not?
• How are payments split across the job?
• Who handles permits?
• What changes the price once work starts?
• What upkeep do you suggest when it is done?

Typical U.S. remodel costs vary a lot by size, materials, and house age. A written quote is the only number that counts.

Old homes need extra questions

Frame houses and bungalows can hide rot, old wiring, or soft floors. Ask how the provider handles surprises behind the walls. Ask how they plan for moisture in a basement-level bath or a kitchen above a damp space.

You are in control

Sending a request does not obligate you. You can compare quotes. You can say no. You can ask for more time. A good provider will not push. If one does, move on.

Plan it, then protect it. Before the job ends, ask for care tips on grout, caulk, fans, and finishes.
